Have the fans "spoken"?
Not only does Sam leaving worry me, the fans being so happy are in their droves - and this is what worries me more. It'll be eerie, a kind of metaphor of how fickle people can be. How people haven't learnt that grass isn't always greener.

They're all agreed that they want Sam out but you won't find a larger majority who choose BFS over another manager. Just who does everyone believe we're gonna get in? It's a bit like biting the hand that feeds you, or killing the evil dictator who ran your country and killed those who spoke out, but also provided food, shelter, education, and a defense against the other meaner forces.

The board think the majority have spoken, but as usual with the way of modern culture, the bigger picture isn't looked at.

We're all agreed. That we don't agree. But most don't even know just how fatal that could prove to be.

1. Di Canio
2. Billic
3. McClaren
4. Martinez
5. Moyes
6. Dyche
7. Allardyce

The majority still want Sam I'm certain. I hope our board stick to their guns.

The grass isn't always greener. Be careful what you wish for. Just look at Southampton and Swansea for example. Should have stuck by their managers, and look at them now. Oh.

Oh my fucking God.
Did you just compare our club with a dictatorship, and actually threatening the fans that a change can lead to even more tyranny?
You fucking butthead. This surely must be the OP cunt of who EVER!

Think his done a excellent job personally
and settled us down which was needed

but just look at the manager of Sunderland
on getting that point the other night
tears in his eyes shaking while being interview showing some real passion about the club he leads.

Apart from the odd rant from the touch line or the dug out ....just nothing from Bfs.

Re: Have the fans "spoken"?
I think you might be over-estimating how dangerous it is to change manager braderz. West Ham isn't some third world country run by a despot. It's a football club.

In any case if the board appoint someone worse than the fat one it wont be the fans fault for wanting something better it will be the boards fault for failing to appoint the right manager.

Re: Have the fans "spoken"?
Also, how anyone can say that they're not fussed about the style of football that's being played - I don't fucking know...

Surely you go to games to be entertained and to enjoy watching your team?!?!...

The Stoat 1:18 Sun May 24
Re: Have the fans "spoken"?
I wouldn't want any of that list over Sam personally

Re: Have the fans "spoken"?
It's very, very simple really... Why people are not understanding the fans' reasons for wanting the manager to go, I don't know...

The only question I ask myself is if I enjoy going to watch West Ham United play under our current manager and I have I done overall during his reign?

The answer is 'No'. Most of Fat Sam's four years in-charge has seen some pretty depressing, shit football - and when you only win 3 games in 21 then it makes the situation even worse.

Fans should be wanting to go to games with excitement and expect to see their team go about games in the right way and look to play football. This is the only thing that matters and is absolutely vital.

If a manager is not doing that - even if they're achieving their target of mid-table - then they shouldn't be in the job.

As I've said already; the fans' enjoyment and wanting to see their team play good football is all that matters... This is absolutely paramount...

Johnson. No need I did a poll earlier and 100% wanted him out.

Ok the poll was me and my 4 year old who just agrees with everything I say, but we all know the result would be roughly the same and I didn't have time to do it properly

Re: Have the fans "spoken"?
Mad Dog.

Whack a quick poll up. BFS to stay or go.

That'll sort this out once and for all.

By once and for all I of course mean AGAIN as this has been done before and the vast majority wanted him out then, that was across many forums too.
